Reservation&Occupancy

Arrival at the apartment is no earlier than 3:30 pm and departure no later than 9:30 am.

Resevation guarancy 30% of total amount has to be paid till 10 days after confirmation.  The rest of the payment has to by paid 60 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total price will be deducted. If you do not check in, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Pets are not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking.

The lessee is liable for any damage to property and equipment 100€ returable at the end of your stay.

It is necessary to wash the dishes before check-out.

No parties, bachelorette parties and other similar celebrations can be held in this accommodation.

Guests must be quiet between 10:00 pm and 06:00 am.

The minimum age for check-in is 24
